Full Mobility Chiro’s approach to chiropractic care is holistic: we believe that the spine operates as a whole system and only treating part of it is a disservice to the patient. Unless contraindicated based on medical history or patient preference, we prefer to treat the whole spine.

One of the tools in the mobile treatment bag is a T-tool, similar to a Graston tool, which we use to provide scaping, pin and stretch, and ischemic compression techniques both over clothing or directly to the skin.

We often use a pin and stretch method to release those tight and sore muscles. This technique is especially useful for rotator cuff related pain and tight hip flexors.

Full Mobility Chiro has access to the AHS Netcare system which allows us to see your diagnostic imaging (x-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI’s). This saves time as you do not need to get a copy of your imaging from your Doctor or imaging centre. We also provide in-depth reporting of your condition by reviewing these images with you. Feel assured that you are receiving the right treatment and that your experiences are validated with modern electronic health care. 

For those whom may be concerned with manual spinal adjustments we provide activator adjusting techniques which provide a mellow impulse into the spine and extremities for a neurological response without having to push through tension or apprehension.
